Alongside the Dreistern core competences – the roll forming of precision profiles and the realisation of complete turnkey system concepts together with all desired system components, Dreistern stands out for its additional competence areas.

Three of these, Dreistern Services, Dreistern Project Management and as a supplementary system component, the perfect welding process for your thin-walled tube product, were presented by Dreistern from 16 – 20 April at the Tube, the world’s most important trade fair for the tube and tube processing industry in Düsseldorf.

The order situation of manufacturers of capital goods such as machinery, plant and vehicles is excellent and the German economy is benefiting strongly from the robust global economy. More than 71,500 trade visitors (in 2016 it was 69,500) from 134 countries came to Düsseldorf over five days to learn about industry innovations and to conclude business deals at the fairs wire 2018 and Tube 2018, the world's leading trade fairs respectively for wire and cable, and tube.

For Dreistern too, the participation in Tube was a complete success. Alongside the impressive presentation of the Tube Innovation Networks, in which Dreistern is represented as a partner, its presence at its own stand was also successful with an increase in the number of contacts compared with the 2016 fair of about 50%.

A total of 2,683 companies from 67 countries presented their technological highlights across 16 exhibition halls and more than 117,000 square metres, an increase in area of about 7,000 square meters compared to the previous events in 2016!

Steel and metal processing is amongst Germany’s ten major industrial sectors. It includes many medium sized companies, which while they have grown traditionally in size, are also innovative.
