Thin-wall tubes
Thin-walled tubes are extremely demanding, because by ‘thin-walled’ we mean in extreme cases 80 µm and a diameter/thickness ratio of over 250. This is why the extensive experience of our roll forming experts pays off for you through the development and realisation of many roll forming systems.
Multilayer composite pipes
Composite pipes for drinking water, heating, gas and compressed air installations. They are the modern alternative to conventional pipe systems made of steel or copper. Multilayer composite pipes, or composite pipes for short, are closed profiles that can consist of layers of different metallic and non-metallic materials. Multi-layer composite pipes, which are made of aluminium at their core and usually have to withstand very special requirements, are widely used.
