A profile new development is started on request in cooperation with you via an innovation workshop, the focus of which is on the development of a systematic method for the development of profile innovations. The outcome is our first drafts for your profile and correspondingly for your roll forming machine. In cooperation with you, we optimise these for example in respect of the material to be used and the production costs.

We validate the effectiveness of the suggested improvements with, amongst other things, a computer simulation of the forming process.

In general, the first prototypes are available inside a project time of eight to twelve weeks after order assignment. Rapid prototyping means we can significantly shorten the time from the first product idea until implementation while simultaneously reducing your overall costs.

New roll forming ideas, with which you enhance your production frequently require a complete process development: We can test such new processes for you under realistic conditions in our special test-center with 10 testing machines and high performance CO2 lasers as well as producing prototypes for you.

Through the carrying out of developments in our test laboratory, for example for sampling or for your market tests, you reduce the costs in the start-up phase and can improve control of the outcome. We have gone through this production solution with numerous other customers of ours, many of whom are now market leaders in their sectors.

When trialling the roll forming machines in-house, 0 series are produced and evaluated for you. We use recognised measuring equipment and evaluation software for statistical analysis and sampling.

With this software you receive clear, easy-to-understand and comprehensible proof of the quality status of your roll forming system.

Moreover, other processes contribute to the quality assurance of your roll forming system. These include our pre-production forming simulations, the creation of punching plans, 100% commissioning including performance tests and machine capability studies (cm, cmk).
