Dear customers, interested parties and partners

2024 is drawing to a close and we can look back on a very special year. We celebrated our 75th company anniversary with an unforgettable event at the Europa Park stadium of SC Freiburg. This unique event showed us once again that a company can only survive for so long thanks to its committed and talented employees.

In our day-to-day business, we had to contend with a high workload at the start of the year, which began with a major carryover from 2023. By joining forces and in the interests of our customers, we were able to quickly reduce this backlog and focus on new customer projects.

2024 was also a successful trade fair year for us. We were represented at both TUBE in Düsseldorf and EuroBLECH in Hanover. We were able to impress our visitors with our exhibits and generate a large number of contacts. In Hanover, we also organised a stand party for our customers to celebrate our company anniversary, which will have a positive effect for a long time to come. We were able to say thank you, thank you for 75 years of roll forming at the highest level by DREISTERN and for our valued customers.

In addition to realising many interesting and complex customer projects, we have also been able to drive forward the following product innovations and the refinement of our processes:

• The intelligent straightening device, which met with great customer interest this year and will soon be offered as a control-integrated solution.
• The sensing drive shafts, with which we can now optimise our customers' system settings via our service concept.
• The DREISTERN APP, which can be used to track and analyse live data from the drive shafts and the straightener.
• We have consistently continued to implement our Strategy 2030 and further sharpened our processes.

The general conditions and their effects worldwide and particularly in Europe and Germany are not easy at the moment. Changes are imminent. Politically, economically and with regard to climate change. And that is precisely why we also see opportunities and new possibilities for the coming year and beyond. Let's utilise them. Let us remain optimistic. We are convinced that we will successfully overcome these challenges with our joint commitment, our drive and our expertise.
